My teacher in philosophy gave us a task to write an essay about his question and his question is
"Can someone find freedom in falling in love?"
My answer is kinda cliched but here it goes.
"Whenever we fall in love, we can do even the strangest thing just to please our partners. Seeing them happy can also bring happiness to us. Freedom is something that we own since birth. As we get to the point where we can see ourselves slowly giving our hearts to someone, we can also see that some of our daily routine as a single are changing. But can we really find freedom in them? I believe that we can. When you are in love basically you're restraining yourself to do something that can make them anxious, mad or sad. Like stopping yourself from any vices. You are now going to ask me that if we are restraining ourselves then we cannot find freedom at all. But then for me freedom isn't all about doing what you want or doing everything you want. Because in my opinion, freedom is something that can make your heart at ease because you know that you have that someone and that someone can make your heart flutter even they're far away from you. Our partners can even give us the courage to face some hardships in life. All of you may say that there is no freedom at all because we are bound by the laws, yes we are but being with someone you love we can say that you cannot only see freedom with them but also a home that can give solace to us and a light that will guide us even in the darkest night."
