For the longest time, Ive always had a "who cares" approach to my identity. I don't know who exactly I am. I don't know if my interests are my own. I don't know how much is just me copying the crowd. But it never really mattered before. So long as I was happy, I didn't have to define myself.

Now I'm approaching college age where if I don't decide who I am and what I want to be, I will probably be homeless /hj.

So, I was thinking about how we never had Impmon from Digimon Tamers become a Champion or Ultimate, only warp digivolve to Mega.

Apparently the official, or at least generally agreed upon, line for Impmon is Impmon -> Wizardmon -> Baalmon -> Beelzemon, which is... fine, I guess. Not sure how I feel about Impmon becoming a Wizardmon when there was such a prominent one in Adventure.

However, I had an interesting, if slightly fucked up idea for Impmon's potential Champion and Ultimate...

Mad Leomon and Mad Leomon: Armed Mode

Honestly, outside of them being lions, I think visually it works really well, the whole affinity towards darkness and the mechanical elements of Armed Mode, I think, transitioning nicely into Beelzemon and especially Beelzemon: Blast Mode.

And, well, it's not like Impmon having Leomon species data would come out of nowhere...

Y'know, I realized relatively recently that the DD's saliva neutralizing their acid isn't to handle accidental self-injury. N is just clumsy.

It's so that when they eat a drone they stabbed to death they don't dissolve themselves.
