Every addict..

Feels alone, feels destroyed, and feels betrayed. I feel like I speak for most, if not all of us, when I say that we’ve been lonely from the start. When a person tries something that they risk losing their life to, it’s a matter of “fuck it, my mind is gone anyways, I might as well take my soul with me.” Then we venture off.. We don’t know where we go, but we always seem to make friends with the broken– because even when we gather together at the bottom of the barrel and we have so little, we can look at each other with a sort of understanding instead of a sort of judgement.

Honestly, don’t you just love how blood is only there for you when you have an “illness?” They only want to help you when they know you’re failing, but not when they see you tumbling down.
