How much does the rest of young justice know? I mean, when they interact with each other it must be BLINDINGLY obvious that SOMETHING is going on but there are a lot of secrets between the two of them so I dunno.

Also are the rest of them also superheroes? Are they in a group or a couple smaller groups or what?

I will take any lore for this au and feast upon it like a grand meal, my good clam

I haven’t fleshed it out yet but I like the idea that in this au it’s a bit reversed from the comics. So whereas in the comics they all met as heroes first or straight up didn’t have a secret identity/care, in this au they would all meet as civilians first and discover their hero selves after. I think it could be fun. Like wow my best friend is a hero or wow the girl in my comic club is a HERO vibes. I love the concept of a secret identity in superheroism just because of how much you can do with it so maybe I’ll use this au as an opportunity to explore that trope and its various symbolism/interpretations. Haven’t decided but I think a couple of them would have already discovered or shared their identities with each other but for the most part there is no full hero group yet nor are they as close yet
