                    aureate   eyes   rest   upon   aesma's   features,   barely   making   anything   of   them   ;   nonetheless,   the   eyepatch   is   more   than   visible.   removed,   micaela   gets   to   see   her   handiwork.   a   proof   of   being   capable   of   defeating   the   asmodeus.   nevertheless,   there   aren't   any   permanent   injuries   on   the   smaller   body   ;   moreover,   there   were   countless   occasions   to   inflict   such,   and   yet   the   prince   of   hell   sits   all   tense   not   because   of   fear,   but   because   he's   ready   to   jump   in   and   help   if   she   were   to   fall.

                    a   tilt   of   head   is   offered,   curious.   is   this   a   threat   ;   is   kafka   about   to   reveal   some   very   big   evildoings   of   hers?   is   she   outing   herself   as   a   villain?!   micaela   has   to   be   ready.

 because,   of   course,   there   has   to   be   a   reason   micaela   keeps   going   and   fighting   and   never   gives   up,   right?   besides   the   obvious   of   being   a   goody   -   two   -   shoes.   so   i   thought,   hey,   what   if   she   has   to   absorb   a   little   bit   of   demon   blood   every   now   and   then?   a   dying   demon's   /   monster's   blood,   to   be   precise.   otherwise,   she   herself   will   wither.

 and   also,   destiny.   micaela   firmly   believes   that   once   she   cleanses   her   whole   realm   from   all   evil   she'll   fulfill   her   contract   &   retire.   but...   will   she,   actually?   without   demon   blood,   will   she   be   able   to   keep   going?   will   she   be   able   to   live?   will   the   end   of   her   mission   lead   to   her   death?   who   knows,   who   knows...

 to   sum   it   all   up   :   micaela   has   to   fight   in   order   to   live,   &   for   as   long   as   she   wants   to   stay   alive,   she   simply   cannot   give   up.
