I've been linked to this post more than 10 times and been called ignorant, trash, bratty, etc. so i’ll debunk it and break it down with apples to you so you can understand why i’m convinced that SM will most likely win both lawsuits.

No it doesn’t. There’s no such thing as a “frozen contract”. Even if you file it’s still active. A business contract creates certain obligations that need to be fulfilled by both the people and companies who entered into the agreement. Seriously where are you people getting these things from?
Yeah but how long did they wait? Hangeng did the right thing, he was very very ethical about everything. He laid low while everything was getting sort out which is why he got the court’s approval for individual work.
Krishan filed and jumped into work after clearly filing for health and both of their statements contradicted each others. One said “there’s too much work” while the other said “there’s not much work”. If there’s something that still gets to me is the fact that they filed for health yet they didn’t wait a month to work and they’re even busier than they were with exo. Doesn’t that tell you something? a sick person would want to wait and get better to get back on their feet to work again but they didn’t. Guess they weren’t as sick as they claimed now were they?
Krishan probably thought that they could sue and done they’d be free but no honey that’s not how it works. The contract is still active. They also should’ve handled things like men do (like the type that luhan claims he is) and deal with it in Korea, have the same guts to face SM just like they had the guts to sue them. They’re running away from responsibilities.

The court hasn’t ruled in anyone’s favor yet (not SM’s, Lu’s, or Fan’s) so the contract is still active
Until the court says otherwise, those two won’t be able to work without restraints, legal problems, etc.

I don’t blame both for leaving. But they way they did it, make it seems that it wasn’t really because of the SM themselves but because they were swayed by opportunities in China and those opportunities weren’t easy to accept if they continued to be Exo members. Let’s face it and not sugarcoat it, both Lu and Yifan got greedy and decided they could do better on their own in China than with Exo.

Exo is famous not only because of them but because of Sehun, Jongin, Yixing, Tao, Suho, Baekhyun, Chanyeol, Jongdae, Minseok, and Kyungsoo.
The other members have contributed to make the group famous so don’t make it look like krishan were the sole reason of their success
Without SM they wouldn’t know how to act or do anything

The whole point of this post? The court hasn’t ruled in anyone’s favor yet, they’re still in the mediation phase for crying out loud. The contracts are still active until the courts say otherwise not because a yifan biased person here said so.
