sometimes i forget that an anxiety disorder can actually be. yknow. disordering. like, yeah sometimes my anxiety can get so bad that i need to just stop where other people would be fine. and i can't do anything about it. and it impacts me in ways that hinder my ability to do things. im not just really really anxious and that's it. it's a disorder. it impacts my life.
