2nd aniversary of one of my favorite games now!! so cool!! so I made a little doodle of keeps for today!!

this game surely has inspired me a lot to work on my own little projects!!

made some little designs for a bit of practice! I think I've improved a lot from the last time I designed a batch of animals, but I still 100% have a buncha improving left to do... these turned out kinda ok though imo!!

haven't been able to draw for a bit due to being busy with stuff, but I made a new character based on melipona bees for drawing practice!! I'm not sure if I really like her though, mostly due to the colors ^^

Scribbles!!!

I realized I haven't really said anything about him yet besides in the whole april fool's day shenanigans posts, so here is a small intro!!

Scribbles is a carrite made out of... well.. scribbles! And ink if he was real.... He was created by Barb on accident through a simulation software that she made that wasn't ever supposed to really create life! So now, he is stuck in the computer system that Barb made until he can find a way out. He doesn't mind it too much though!

Scribbles is able to store energy in his life diamond earring that allows him to use his powers and stay stable! His powers range from small things like just appearing on-screen, changing the colorful scribbles all over his body to something different, and to being able to mess around with stuff on the computer(s) he resides within. (Barb HATES when he does this...) These all cost him energy though, so he has to wait to recharge if he does too much at once. Nothing too bad has happened so far yet regarding energy loss, and he's just been chilling for now.

I originally created him in December of last year just due to me dealing with a small bit of art block at the time. I really didn't start thinking of him at all until very recently. Thanks to april fool's, I've started to put more effort into making a story for him and updating his appearance to look so much better than before (his old one is in the gif above!)! Anyways, I'll most likely post more random stuff about him in the future all thanks to that silly little holiday!

orange car ocs anyone? Say hi to Lemon and Barb!

these are my two new car ocs, and I hope to post little things about their story every now and then!! time for a short intro: If anyone is confused, Lemon is the one on the left and Barb is the one on the right! Lemon is the older sister despite her size, and tries her best to set Barb on the right path. She is also the heir to a throne; a throne she isn't ever ready to rule. Barb is the younger of the two, and spends her days studying and making things. Despite her powers being weaker than her sister's, she makes up for that loss in her knowledge on how the world around her works. below are them both in their accessories! I would like to note that you would catch Barb wearing hers more often than Lemon, due to her needing some of it for her research!

oh yeah btw their diamond earrings looking like stars is just something I'm testing out a lil bit, I might not stick to drawing them like that all of the time!

keeps, but like 3d and real 🤯🤯 I started this a little while ago and just now decided to finish it up, and I think I did a good job despire my artstyle changing so much from then!! also, I think I'll be putting my art challenge on hold for a bit. It's starting to feel more like a chore than something that's really helping me improve with my art, and I just want to focus on my ocs a bit more. I'll prob ocasionally still do a day or two, but it's not guarenteed anymore

week 12: KeepMeNuclear (flash warning)

I KNEW IT! The green WASN'T NORMAL! It was U-235!! oh well, at least keeps is ok. (this was a request from the garncord server) this one was a little late because this is my biggest animation yet!! I'm still a newbie when it comes to animation!! xD

oops I just noticed that I forgot to fill in a bit of keep's ear on week 11 mb

this is why you should always use the fill tool instead of drawing in colors manually

anyways uh thoughts on using dithering instead of airbrush for the limbs? I might start doing it in the future

(I'm gonna fix this error in a minute btw)
