Info:

Nori is a male pigeon that is a mix between a Russian tumbler and a Danzig highflyer. He is a black grizzle. He currently weighs around 370 grams. He was hatched on July 22nd of 2021 and was raised in a loft before he came home to me, on October 22nd of 2021. It took us quite a while to bond, and we officially bonded on April 20th of 2022. I wanted to share our experiences with the world as we grow and become closer.

Small update: Ignoring him until he asks for pets is going well, trying to keep him focused on the socks for undesired behaviors but it’s hit or miss. I also just ignore him when he’s being too demanding.

Recently I put a UVB lamp above the bird cage! I thought it would be a good addition to the bird room. They really like preening themselves and loafing under it.

Nori’s feet and wings have been molting a lot recently so I wanted to give him a warm bath, I think it might have broke his little brain because he started sitting like this. 😅
