Finally the Far East sandwich appeared!

We have completed the “Far East BLTC”, a collection of delicious ingredients from Hamanaka, Akkeshi and Kushiro. We use bacon grilled with smoked chip "HolySmoke" from Great North.

Today I visited Mr. Great North and the places where we plan to produce seedlings for afforestation.

We were able to borrow the abandoned cultivation land that became wilderly by the local forest association's plan, and had me up to the field. Although it was a gentle slope towards the river, it was a good condition for seedling production due to its good soil quality and accessibility.

In order to realize the ideal operation system that the local people consistently carry out the production, planting, growing, and final cutting where the Great North aims, we set up the maintenance and equipment of the surrounding area aiming for the harvest after two years It is planned to be planted this autumn as early as possible.
