dude i don't even know i mean i wouldn't know since i haven't necessarily done it in a place where it's illegal.. usually there's just "no loitering" signs and sometimes there are things that are like "no loitering bla bla bla fines of this amount bla bla bla".. i honestly don't know why it's illegal?? i'd assume that it's because an establishment wants to look good or limit any suspicious activity.. it's just kinda unspoken like if it says "no loitering" you usually just don't. i mean i would i just don't have much of a reason to, not yet at least. so yeah. just fines i guess. idk.
