half fleshed out thought: perhaps we would see less te/rfy detransitioners if we stopped treating ppl who go on t like absolute shit and leaving the door open for te/rfs to move in and convince them that other te/rfs are the only ppl who care abt them. like if they didn’t feel so isolated and silenced and demonized perhaps they wouldn’t go looking for validation in the wrong places. just a thought.

I wasn't sure if this blog was going to survive the 12/17 purge, so I didn't post this last week. I've started having to shave my face. I'd love to grow an actual beard, but right now the hair is only coming in under my chin. Not really down with the whole neckbeard vibe, so it has to go.

16 weeks on T.

I know, I know. I missed a week. The chaos that is my life has only increased in the last two weeks. But, I'm still here.

Hair loss has increased at the same rate that other body hair growth has increased. I have a script for finasteride, so fingers crossed that slows down the hair loss. My voice has started cracking randomly, and pizza face is in full force.

I know, I know. This is super super super late. Life is super hectic. Holidays are hard.

Updates:

Met with my T doctor, increased my dose. Was recommended to start lifting weights.

Noticed that my arm hair is starting to come in coarse and dark.

Chin hairs and very faint moustache are a thing.

Hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving (if you're 'merican).

I am starting to have the acne of a 13 year old boy. Since my skin is suuuuper sensitive, there isn't much I can do about it aside from washing my face religiously. Also starting to notice some chin hairs, which will be taken care of soon.

I have come to the terrifying realization that I look like my brother. Stop the ride, I want to get off. Time to hit the gym and get good.

I'm sorry I missed last week, I had an insane allergic reaction to new medication that knocked me out for almost a week. New things to report: Libido is going crazy. New hair growth on stomach. Hairline is receding a bit. Voice sounds like I have a perpetual cold. Other than that...nothing new, fun, or exciting. Happy 9 weeks on T.

Bath time, seven weeks on T. Still not seeing a ton of difference, but I've always been super impatient. At this point, I'm waiting for the day that I'm not called "ma'am" anymore. New (ish) things: "Happy Trail" starting to form Body acne? (Wtf why) Increased hunger Supercharged sex drive (fml) Weird hair

Half alive at fuck-you o'clock in the morning. 7th shot, 6 full weeks on T. Nothing really of note has changed. I feel like nothing is really happening, but I could just be impatient as always.

Fuck you and your stupid invalidating bullshit. Fuck you for preying on people that are already emotionally vulnerable. Fuck your ideals. You can take your gatekeeping and shove it right up your collective asshole. Fuck you for pushing someone that I care about to the brink of being suicidal. Another depressing and gross day. Six shots in, five full weeks on T. On the legal side, my name change is done, my gender marker has been fixed on my license.
