About 2 months ago, i was in the darkest place of my life. I was heartbroken. I was drowing with tears. I was lost for a moment. I was confused. I was questioning myself and my worth. My mental health was in bad shape. Today, I never would have thought that I have been able to take myself out of that dark place. I never thought that I would be okay. I never thought that I can start prioritizing myself and mental health more. You see, when I was in that moment, I was only listening to my heart who was in a lot of pain. As days goes by, your heart will slowly and starts to listen with your mind. To everyone who’s feeling broken, feel that emotion, cry it out, you are entitled to feel those feelings. Always remember that you are stronger, and this little hump can make you more even stronger! Reach out. And don’t be scared to open up to your friends. And a reminder that I’m here for you 🤍
