I could've had such a lower intake today if I wasn't stupid. Ugh, I'm reaching a new point in my ed that's no longer the honeymoon phase. Either way, I'll get back to it by the end of the week.

Woah, I feel so motivated to be productive today
I'm getting so strong cravings right now, I just had grapes and I'll get some carrots now, it's okay because I still eat healthy and in a deficit compared to everybody who eats Macdonalds 2000 calories for cravings.
It ended with a net of 139, so tired and exhausted, though.

Just burned 261 calories, and I feel like I'm dying.. but I'll definitely do it again later.

1. Brush teeth 3 times a day
2. Always have a clean room
3. Finish assignments asap
4. Always have charged devices
5. Never leave the house without jewelry
6. Light simple makeup
7. Be quiet
8. Don't be on social media often
9. Always finish workout routine
10. Be skinny
A scenario that always makes me feel like working out.
Sitting by the water on a big towel with some friends, I'm wearing a tiny skirt and a little tanktop that shows off my slim arms, defined collarbones, and my cute little toned waist.
We decided to eat a late dinner at the beach that day, and my friends decided to split a pizza and all drink half a liter of regular cola, but me? I'm too dedicated, I got the tiniest bowl of fruit and a water bottle. The calories in the whole pizza were the calories I burned on a daily basis, so I had no worries. Compared to them..

I have to burn at least 300 calories by exercise and 100 by walking
No sugar and no junk food
Reject EVERYTHING
Eat as little as possible, even if it's to eat half of the dinner and my parents are begging me.
No weigh-ins, wait until April 1st.
My father wanna take me out to eat since I'm skipping school today because of an excuse I made, I'm gonna try declining..

Finally bounced down to 50.25kg, I feel like I've been stuck at 51kg for forever, I've never been below 50kg so I hope I'll see my weight starting with 4 soon.
