there’s an emptiness so fucking raw in me that I can’t even...I can’t even name words that would describe how it feels. it’s...encompassing every thought, every movement. today is not my day, this is not...not my life. perhaps I’ll be better in the next one. the next life.

I had a bad day where I couldn’t hide it and I got a little bit lost in my blankets. Fucked up and wishing I was dead. I’m still lost somewhere, still wishing I was dead, but I’m good at pretending. I’m good at being okay to someone’s face.

jealous? who me? fuck that, no way. i’m not jealous because you’re going on a date with someone. someone whose name also starts with j. even though that was our thing. whatever, it’s cool. not jealous over here.

there’s a big hole in my life. it’s blurry and gaping and I don’t know what could have possibly been there once. surely not abigail, not domesticity, not the chance of a family. I still have that chance. this hole is fucking terrifying.

so. dove asked me on a date yesterday and I guess I had to try let her down easy. I told her I wasn’t a ‘date dude’, whatever the fuck that means, josh. at least she didn’t seem to mind...we’re still gonna meet up and bang and eat good food and chat.
