sam nordquist was a 24 year old trans man from minnesota. for a month straight, he was tortured both physically and psychologically. he was beaten repeatedly with sticks, dog toys, ropes, canes, belts, and sexually assaulted with a table leg and a broomstick which led to his death. his body was then discarded in a field in upstate new york.

his body was discovered on february 14th by law enforcement. since then, the 5 devils involved have been arrested and charged with second degree murder. their names are precious arzuaga, kyle sage, patrick a. goodwin, emily motyka, and jennifer a. quijano. as you’ve heard in the video above, this has not been ruled a hate crime because there were lgbtq+ people involved in the crime.

why is the court acting as if there is only one type of hate crime? racism is still a thing america. some of you might think that it has nothing to do with race, but think about it. 5 WHITE/NON-BLACK PEOPLE lured a BLACK MAN to another state to torture, rape, and murder him. not only was it a hate crime but it was also PREMEDITATED, which is why i don’t understand why the courts charged them with second degree murder. i don’t care what anyone says, they deserve the death penalty. yes, i believe in an eye for an eye and a life for a life.
