good news: i now have a prescribed antidepressant

i survived my vacation and guess what??
i lost weight,,, i am living the dream rn
it was fucking stressful at points, but definitely doable
i went shopping today for the first time since i lost weight (clothes and bikinis) and everything looked so good 😳😳😳 and i only fit into the smallest sizes
never let them tell you it’s not worth it to be skinny,,,, it’s the best fucking feeling
going on vacation soon, very scared of all the scrumptious food lurking around every corner 😫

WOW HAHA I AM FURTHER INTO THIS THAN I THOUGHT
so normally I weigh out and record EVERYTHING when cooking so I can calculate the calories for the entire dish and then divide by weight so I know the exact calories of homemade food
today I decided that I could be ~chill~ for once and just estimate half of the thai curry in the pan and be fine because it would be close enough and I didn't want to have to weigh the finished dish,,,, BOY WAS I WRONG
turns out estimating is not so easy, especially when I put my portion on top of konjac noodles for volume so I couldn't just ‘make it even’ and I had to work around shrimp (i could only have 11)
the anxiety was astronomical
so now I feel bloated and fat and awful cause I have no idea if my estimate was accurate, haha guess im in a lot deeper than i thought LOL
update: good news!!! i successfully ate nothing without being sus!! (i hope LOL) i just drank a shit ton of coke zero and bought other items to distract 😌👍
HELP my friends wanna hangout and walk to the grocery store to get snacks, what could i get to not be sus???
