I took out of the placeholder vocals and everything else that hadn't really been mixed at all yet, and it left me with this instrumental. I really enjoy it for what it is. Anyways it's a 9 minute WIP. I really am looking forward to these all being completed given how well it's going during the writing process. Couldn't have asked for better results when pushing past a block I've had for a long, long time.

I never would have thought this is where I'd be at this age, but things don't ever play out how I plan them too. Something always happened when I was about ready to move along. This time it was my grandpa getting diagnosed with dementia along side me coming to grips with my own diagnosis. I don't have BPD-2, no, I am schizophrenic. I have to get an injection of anti psychotics into my arm each month so I don't lose it and walk around talking to... myself. I would have never thought that words could harm me until I had to hear the same insults all day every day 24/7 for 3 years. Lots of fun all that. But yeah I've been sticking around trying to do some chores for em around the house when I can, or to keep an eye on him make sure he's alright etc. It was the strangest thing. He's been asking me about my "tour of duty" lately I can't tell who he thinks I am, maybe still me, but does he think I'm in ROTC or a boy scout or some soldier?

It feels like I'm standing still while everyone and everything is moving forward around me.

Finally getting somewhere with the new album. This is the unmixed opening to the second track. Idk I like it a lot though compared to past projects. Trying to finish it all up and find it a home for release atm.
