Cheap dirty horse @ Persons Unknown Festival - Part 1

Best gig moment and biggest love my friends moment of my life, I think.

Context: Horse is why I met most of my current friends, a freak chance event after I posted a video I took at the first horse gig I went to. Someone recognised someone in the video, and we started talking. It turned out there was an acoustic jam circle right under my nose locally, and the people there are now my closest mates and helped me out of a really lonely headspace.

Fast forward to this gig a year or so later, half of my mates from the circle are in the front row. Friends I met down the line that had travelled up from down south, having a blast in the front row with them. One of my mates is ON STAGE playing my other friends washboard with horse. And all the lovely punks who I'd met that weekend all having just the best time.

That friend playing washboard was the one recognised by my other friend in the front row, in that original video that started this whole chain of events.

Really special moment for me seeing it all come full circle, had a bit of a cry and then bounced around with folks so much I nearly fell off the upper deck into the crowd.

God I love my friends and this scene so much. Aaaaaaaa
