I (<- System) have a SimplyPlural account with 384 members logged and quite... some.... not logged in. The thing is... I need the whole thing organized, but motivation is my worst enemy.

And so I saw this trend going around a while back where people went "5 likes and I do this, 10 likes and I do this, 100 likes and I do this" and I wanna do this too, but with a twist.

For every interaction I get on this post, I finish one of our simply plural profiles. And for every 10 profiles I get done, you 🫵🏻 get to see the profiles... or... I don't know maybe I'll draw someones request or something (I can draw, trust me /hj). I feel like drawings will be more fun, but this is so up to whatever you folks want.

Why do this? Because pressure from others is the only way I can get things done! So help a buddy out! Maybe I'll draw your silly ideas as a thank you if you leave a note in my inbox! 🫵🏻

from the then 300 members, we grew to over a thousand which was so hard to manage profile decoration wise (hence why you never saw any updates)

and now we're around 20 headmates

suddendly seems a lot more do-able

hi! we saw your posts about rebuilding your sp and like you we have a very large headcount that makes organization tedious, so we want to ask how you handle subsystems if you have any? we have a lot of smaller ones and we haven't found any methods for organizing subsystems that aren't limited to a custom field (we love our folders...)

also the "inability to have non-matching aesthetics" is so real LOL

we have a few subsystems that we all handle in three ways

1) putting it in custom fields

2) having them in the folders (aka "subsystems" -> "name of the subsystem" -> all the subsystem members)

3) subsystem profiles, in which we tag all the profiles like in the pictures below

it kinda messes with the member count you see on your account page, but we have a folder just for "all headmates" so we use that count instead

and yeah the aesthetics... we figured something out (post coming soon if I don't forget) but god it's so hard 😭

anyways! i have not been inactive in these past (checks notes)... year! our layout changed around 17 times and we finally found one that's pretty yet practical enough that we can fulfill everything.

Do you know all of these things about your headmates? Nope! It's why a lot will be left empty

How many profiles are done? Around 200 are done with everything excluding custom fields. Groups are redone for the most part and showcased in another post eventually

What took you so long? Having 1000 headmates with varying aesthetics and a brain that doesn't appreciate non-matching layouts is a crisis.

193 profiles on simply plural done, which means there is only 599 left to do, if you ignore the amount of unregistered attendants.

and if you ignore that we're making custom fields optional at this point, because most won't fill them out. the most basic information is in the description or in notes.

I changed the name and pronoun template, as well as the profile picture frames. I am currently in the process of adding all the members I never logged into Simply Plural for whichever reason, and finishing up some other profiles.

After that the only thing left is finishing the rest of the folders. I might share our Simply Plural afterwards, I am not sure. 🫵

On my pinned (if you haven't seen it, you should absolutely check it out <- shameless promo), I also said I might aswell share some of our new simplyplural profiles... here:

These are 3 out of the 30 profiles I have done (and the 400+ profiles I need to do) but ... everyone starts somewhere!

They're very simple, but honestly? With as many members as we have, that's probably the easiest way to keep up with all of this. Most information (such as age, likes, triggers, etc) are now instead stored in the super amazing custom fields section;
