deathtotedium:
Graham began to protest as he was guided away from the shiny new object of his interest. But when met with the prospect of dismantling an old machine, antique perhaps, excited him enough to make him forget his loss. “Really?” He asked, his blue eyes lit up like a kid’s in a candy store. Unable to contain his bubbling excitement, Graham leaped at Firo, embracing him like an old friend - then just as quickly the mechanic let go and began inspecting the machine.
Firo froze as Graham suddenly hugged him. He wasn’t a fan of physical contact, definitely not when it came this quickly, so he grew very stiff, hands frozen. He was just about to find himself and push Graham away, when he did let him go, and immediately turned towards the older slot machine. Which, by the way, was faulty, so either Graham would fix it, or even if it gets worse, the family won’t lose much. “...please don’t do that again.”
