Describe one positive change you have made in your life. 8 years ago had triple bypass heart surgury. Changed my whole life style…here we are still on the right side of the dirt…..whoot…..

What are your morning rituals? What does the first hour of your day look like? Some days emwaking up can be a dissapointment. depending what you did the day before, or wile sleeping. mostly painful. then checking ALL THE PAIN POINTS, back, neck, knees, toes ,eyes,fingers …hands in general. that takes the first hour…then you have to get out of bed. so…..I just go back to sleeping..to dream of how…

What Strategy........

What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being? Lol…at my age, the only strategy I can rely on is managing getting out of bed everyday, its sounds easy but you will be surprised how easy you can pull a muscle,  pop out a rib, and dislocated a hip just getting into a sitting position on the bed. If I manage only one of those Well, A strategy I used worked, only problem now is…
