RAMADAN MUBARAK EVERYONE AND ANYONE WHO STILL GOES ON TUMBLR! ❤️
also i love night time Alhamdulillaah. i enjoy being awake at this time and not doing anything
also i bought gifts for everyone in my lab + something extra for my supervisors + 2 lab RAs. & im contemplating not giving it to anyone except my 3 supervisors + 2 lab RAs. i have like 15 people in the lab in total. i bought a set of small desk pots for succulents...without the succulents because i cant be bothered & it'll get expensive. is it worth giving? idk :/
i have to go into work tomorrow (as in the place i was studying) and i realllllyyy dont want to. it's almost 3am, i need to shower & do some face things and ugh i really do not want to go
i put pimple patches on my pimples so lets hope it does something. i had ordered some skincare things a few weeks ago - the box came, i opened it and it's on my floor lool. i guess i doom scroll too much
anyway i dont have a job rn. i aint working after like 5 years of working. i cant wait to have ramadan off IN SHAA' ALLAAH but im gonna have to start job hunting eventually
if they wanted to, theyd make the time to
i shouldve been a teacher for primary school. i forget how nice and colourful those classrooms are. & that the teachers get to decorate them at the beginning of each school year. cuuuutteee
grandkids should never be separated from their grandparents
me everyday: time to rest after resting
i honestly feel like ive wasted so much of my life and time. may Allaah ﷻ give me the strength and the ability to make my life look like how i want it, ameen
i feel like our current generation of young Muslims in the West who have entered the workforce after completing their degrees, all go around like we have something to prove. im guessing it's 'cause we're the first generation to grow up almost entirely in the west & see our parents struggle to provide a comfortable life for us (may Allaah ﷻ protect them and bless them ameen). and Alhamdulillaah for being able to work halal jobs and earn money but if we're not careful, it can easily lead to unnecessary competitiveness, envy & greed rather than gratefulness. i have to always remind myself that rizq is from Allaah ﷻ and i will always get what has been ordained for me and others cant take it away nor can their rizq take away from mine. it's such a beautiful mindset to have with all things in life - what we're given and sometimes more importantly, what we miss out on too. Allaah ﷻ is the Most Just, the Most Wise, the Most Merciful and the Most Generous - we will never be deprived of our rizq and Allaah ﷻ will never turn us away empty-handed when we ask from Him
did you guys know that the hours continue to pass even if you aren’t using them well. I’ll let you know if I discover more
