Perhaps a random question, but I'm curious as to what you find fulfilling about being in a relationship. I'm someone who has always been kind of irritated by the prospect of spending my life with someone else and have never really understood the appeal of it all, but a lot of your posts have this very quietly romantic atmosphere and it makes me wonder as to what it is I might be missing out on.

I don't know if the atmosphere here has much to do with my being in a relationship or not. I had to think about this. find fulfilling being close to people i like (love), find fulfilling ensuing dynamics, joy or other new discoveries (about oneself or the other, there are always surprises). I think I like intimacies of all kinds and enjoy knowing and being known.
