Hi I’m just wondering what are the pros and cons of gaining because I love it right now but I am already getting health issues I now have to sell with a special pillow for breathing and that’s why I was wondering if it gets worse later or better

I think the changes come with the territory - I’m prob overdue for a sleep study/gimme that rec for that pillow because I could use it 😅

Comes down to how you want to live - do you like being bigger more than you like not needing a special pillow? I don’t think it’s just gaining tho, life’s all about compromise anyway so just have to choose which matters more to you
