indefinite hiatus notice

i will be putting this blog on an indefinite hiatus. at the moment i’m not really feeling great about returning to this blog for various reasons — i haven’t watched kp in a while so i don’t know if my kim voice is really there and that’s one of the main reasons. if you still want to interact with me, this is currently my main indie blog. i’m enjoying myself a lot more within the star wars fandom, a place where duplicate muses are copious and i’m not just the duplicate to a very popular blog (this has nothing to do with said blog, however! they’ve done nothing wrong!) i feel a lot less stressed and anxious when on my padmé blog which is why i’m taking such a big step back from kim. sorry to everyone i may have been threading or plotting with, but you know where to find me now so don’t be afraid to hit me up and interact in a galaxy far far away!

I’m always disappointed by the lack of post series, flower-power Drakken fanart, but then I never post any of my own doodles. It’s my own fault. Day 3, anyway. I think I’m getting a little better control over these materials.

Leia keeps note to step far away from Kim as she moves to try for a practice shot. Earth guns are heavier, much more ordered in their use and manufacturing, but she thinks she’ll be all right. Dad had always called her a quick learner, hadn’t he? With a short breath, she aims for wide open space and fires, figuring it best to get the whole ordeal over with. The resulting bang is much louder than she’s used to, but no less pleasant. Turning back, she cocks an eyebrow at her companion. It’s just daring for a remark. “How was that? Am I ready to join the big leagues yet?” 

Kim watches in silence as Leia handles the gun like a real pro. She’s almost embarrassed by the fact that she ever questioned this woman’s skills. “Nice shot,” she says with a grin as the older woman turns back to her. She tries to ignore the cocked brow.
