im stepping away from nep for a while, so this blog will be on hiatus for .... however long it takes for me to come back. if i come back at all. i’ve had a really bad day so that might be influencing my decision to leave, but i just dont feel good here anymore in general, and i’ve lost the confidence i once had in my portrayal. i suppose it doesn’t help that nep hasn’t made an appearance since v3.

Who is a night owl: nep! i like to imagine nep just up late at night on his scroll, with sun snoring like a pig right next to him 

Who is a morning person: sun is! you can bet your ass that he takes secret pics of nep sleeping. some bc he looks v cute, and others for blackmail material lmao

Are they cuddlers: oh yes. definitely. 100%.

Who is the big spoon and who is the little spoon: they switch! nep prefers being the lil spoon, but being the big spoon has its perks bc he can grab that sun tiddy

What is their favourite sleeping position: as long as it involves cuddles, they like it

Who steals all the blankets: sun generates enough heat that they hardly need blankets -- especially in the summer

What they wear to bed: usually just t-shirts and boxers. sometimes nothing

    ‘   you look great in my hoodie.  ’     sun promptly wraps an arm around the small of neptunes back and reels him in close , pressing their foreheads together. honestly , the day neptune accepted suns offer to finally start dating was the best day of his life. waking up next to neptune , holding him , kissing him , loving him and getting to see him all cute like this was what made sun the happiest. it wasnt until moments later that he adjusted and pecked his lips , following up with a sheepish grin.     ‘ but then again , you always look great.  ’

          he  was  in  his  own  little  world  when  sun  grabbed  him ,   pulling  a  little  squeak  from  the  taller  huntsman .    neptune  couldn’t  stop  himself  from  blushing ,   nor  the  way  his  heart  began  hammering  inside  his  chest ,   the  way  it  always  did  when  sun  was  involved .    their  relationship  was  still  somewhat  of  a  new  development ,   but  that  didn’t  stop  the  monkey  faunus  from  un - bashfully  doing  things  like  this  --  something  neptune  wasn’t  used  to .

          back  when  their  relationship  was  platonic ,   they  were  still  very  much  “ touchy - feely “ ,   but  now  that  their  were  stronger  feelings  behind  the  touches ,  he  just  couldn’t  help  but  be  a  little  shy ;   unpleasant  memories  of  his  ex  reared  their  ugly  heads  from  time  to  time  --  the  harsh  words ,   the  anger ,   being  shoved  away  whenever  he  tried  to  get  close  while  there  were  people  nearby .    the  rational  part  of  him  knew  full  well  that  sun  would  never  treat  him  like  that ,   would never  shove  him  away ,   but  it  was  hard  to  undo  almost  a  year  of  conditioning .

          neptune  hesitated ,   cheeks  hot ,   before  leaning  forward  to  nuzzle  into  the  crook  of  sun’s  neck ,   arms  winding  around  his  boyfriend   &   squeezing  tight .    he  felt  safe .     ‘ thanks .    you’re  not  getting  this  back ,   y’know . ’
