There is something I do NOT understand
Chernobyl nuclear power plant all ruined and destroyed after the nuclear explosion. People were sent to deal with unbearable radiation, and they did eliminate the catastrophe, not letting it to get any worse.
This was a suicide assignment. Yet, brave emergency groups did eliminate the Chernobyl nuclear power plant after that horrible nuclear disaster! Although, I am still wondering how those scientists were able to begin such a stupid experiment at the first place...
