oh man that post is like 3+ years old so it’s a little hard to remember

a lot of people consider different things to be unhealthy, while others don’t, like foods, substances, or behavior... or even certain things that can affect mental health

like i think cigarettes are unhealthy, while I also think that wine can be healthy in moderation

also the idea that not interacting with people is “unhealthy” 

so stuff like that
