Burst Height and Overpressure

This 1kt blast curve graph is very helpful in understanding overpressure range as a function of burst height. The thin grey curve shows optimum burst height. So… for a 1kt yield, a 240 meter burst height will produce the greatest amount of assured total destruction (10+ psi) on reinforced concrete structures and personnel.
