Pokemon and MLP vore sketch commissions - FORM!

Hey guys! So my withdrawals are getting pretty crazy, and my chances of being able to do long streams and keep them up frequently is a little difficult.

So I've made a new 'away' option for those that do not feel it necessary for them to be present in the stream to get their work!

This form will also be used for people to go ahead and submit their ideas that they want in stream. This way I can work QUICKLY. All you have to do is say you are present when I get to your name, send me the monies, and I will go and dig into the forms and pluck out your info from them! No more scrounging around at last minute for your information for your commission. Much faster!

But read EVERYTHING in this form carefully!

If you have any questions, let me know! The streams will still happen, I just can't guarantee when since my symptoms of getting off my SSRI fluctuate.
