When the masculine and feminine energies within are brought into stable balance, the central energetic channel, called the shushumna, opens, allowing the primary life force, the Kundalini, to rise to the brow, to the two-petalled chakra, sometimes referred to as the third eye.
When the Kundalini energy rises to the crown, it creates a second, more transformative union. The Kundalini is the fundamental life energy, the energy of matter, of manifested presence. It is the universal feminine principal (Shakti) within the individual. When it awakens and rises fully to the crown, it merges with the masculine heavenly principal, often identified with Shiva. When the two “unite in love,“ we are filled with the radiant light of enlightenment. The awareness is transformed and one is alchemically awakened.
The heart fully opens. Why continue holding it shut? An immense love just pours through, unhindered. And we know a new sense of being truly alive. It is not so much the feeling that “I“ am alive; rather, it is more as if the immensity of Life is felt, and lives through you. Bliss fills the consciousness and becomes honey on the palette. We discover ourselves to be floating in an incomprehensibly wide ocean of nectar.
Natalia Motuzko - The Voice of Grass (1992)
HAVING A CERVICAL ORGASM YIELDS A DIVINE RADIANCE THAT WILL RESET YOUR WHOLE HEART, BODY, AND LIFE. YOUR CERVICAL ORGASMS ARE YOUR HOLY WATERS. THEY ARE SACRED EXPERIENCES THROUGH WHICH YOU FEEL CLOSER TO GOD, TO LOVE, TO LIGHTHEARTEDNESS, AND TO THE DEEPEST PARTS OF YOURSELF (AND IF PARTNERED, TO YOUR LOVER). A cervical orgasm is a purifying psychedelic experience and altered state of consciousness that circulates revitalized chi into your cells and internal organs and cleanses out the channels and stagnant energy. It is in these deeper full body circular orgasms that we begin to know our divine potential, where the energies of the earth and the elements of nature inhabit our bodies with greater vitality.
The most powerful yet uncommonly spoken about way to cultivate *deeper* cervical orgasms in your womanhood is to become profoundly intentional with your female biology in the smallest, most detailed ways. For example:
Do not reach for your phone in the first hours of waking nor allow it to be the last thing you touch before sleep. Set sacred boundaries around your phone. Instead of constant stimulation, learn to meditate, pray, practice yoga or bowspring, stretch slowly, sing, listen to deeply loving music or healing instrumentals, listen to birdsong, or simply become comfortable with being destimulated and doing nothing at all.
Get back to being a woman! Phone-free hours, even days when possible, are necessary for optimal female wellness. They create a healthy pattern of living — and loving — that allows you to receive deep, restorative rest. And good rest, my love, transforms the female body into fuller aliveness. Ask me how I know?! Good sleep means keeping your phone and other electronics out of your bedroom. Your bedroom must become the most regenerative place in your home sanctuary. Your bedroom is a sacred space where your nervous system can soften, tissues can regenerate, and womanly radiance can blossom and bloom.

Regenerative vegan house, Kagoshima Japan,
Yakushima in southern Japan, with abundant rainfall meets almost 100% of its electricity demand through hydroelectric power.
This building, positioned to harmonize with existing vegetation, rocks and natural spring water, is a regenerative house that not only lets residents feel close to nature but also aims to enrich the natural cycle.
Made from natural, plant-based materials can also be called a "Vegan House," as it is in-tune with the lifestyle of the residents. Its ethical framework that respects life is a concept that redefines the principles of sustainability.

Have you found joy in your life and has your life brought joy to others?
According to ancient Egyptian mythology in the Secrets of the Afterlife you will be asked only two questions at the end of your life.
Who is the Master who makes the Grass Green?
“Who is the Master who makes the grass green?” - Zen Koan, via Robert Anton Wilson.
Experiment: Requires a mirror and one other person.
Stand in front of a mirror and have the other person stand beside you.
Look directly at your eyes in the mirror, and then slowly move your eyes from side to side (although not too far).
You should see that the image of your eyes in the mirror stays perfectly still, even though you can feel your eyes moving.
The person beside you should be able to confirm that they can see your eyes moving.
You can consider the static image of your eyes to be an optical illusion. You should then ask yourself the question:
“If this illusion is not visible in what I think is my external environment (because my companion cannot see it), then in what environment is it being displayed?”
One answer is that the illusion is being displayed only in your unique internal environment.
“Neurons gather information from your senses, intellect and memory and so create a grand simulation of the world around you, forming the basis of your entire consciousness and subjective universe” - “What it Means to Be You” (Scientific American Mind, Volume 22, Number 3, 2013).
Your brain is generating the environment you are in (and your image of your body), in the same way it generates environments for you to walk around in in your dreams.
You are the Master who makes the grass green, and you should consider the possibility that you have been walking around inside your own mind without realising it. Your mind is effectively infinite in extent and encompasses your representation of the observable universe, the collective unconscious and many other regions.
One way to determine whether the above statements & claims are true is by acting as though they are true for a given amount of time, and seeing whether what you observe and experience is better explained by this model than others. Occam’s Razor cuts both ways.
Techniques from different traditions (Tantra, Kabbalah, Yoga, Magic, Alchemy) can also be used to explore this inner space.

Darkness is darkness. Darkness does not mean evil.
Evil is not the nocturnal creatures, or what exists in the oceans depths.
(Evil exists in the light too)
All this obsession over attention and people can’t even look themselves in the mirror.
Before you take center stage, remember:
The limelight casts a shadow.
There is a very fine line between madness and becoming fully conscious aware (what many call enlightenment).
"Among our earliest defenses is our ability to go blank or even to become stuporous. The mind tries to anesthetize itself in the face of emotional pain. On a very primitive level, the mind responds to pain by trying to blank out the latter or, if necessary, by emptying itself out entirely. That is, the mind may try to get rid of itself in order to rid itself of pain. In everyday life, such operations are often taken for granted. Most people do not make much of or even notice momentary lapses of mental presence nor do they link such states with hidden sources of pain. Often such states merely reflect the basic waxing and waning of attention. However, the vernacular term spacing out captures something of what is meant here. In psychosis, the mind may speed up or slow down almost to a zero point. It may try either to transcend or nullify itself. Mystics describe a type of zero point as a part of a larger process of renewal. In psychosis, it more often functions as a black hole that sucks in everything in its path."
Michael Eigen, The Psychotic Core
