Shove it in a bowl! I made a Buddha Bowl tonight that was so friggin' tasty! It contained avocado, runner beans, spicy bbq tofu, spinach, leftover turnip curry and rice & lentils 😍

Back at work after the awesome Italian holiday and this @thevegankind box was awaiting me in the office. Today is definetly a good day! Especially excited to use the plant protein and date nectar!

This was the lovely dinner I had on my first night in #Verona. We went to a #vegan restaurant called Flora and the food was so innovative and tasty. The best thing was the people. Just so nice! (at Flora)

It's my last day in Verona and I'm gonna miss the food so much! This was a mushroom pasta that was made for me in a restaurant in Venice yesterday. They were so understanding and funny about my dietary requirements. (at Trattoria Vittoria da Aldo)

Buonasera from the beautiful country that is Italy! I'm currently on holiday in Verona and today ventured to Venice. What a stunning and romantic place! I loved going through the narrow gullys and exploring. Especially trying out the gelato! This mango fruit version was lovely! (at Venezia, Italia)

It doesn't matter how many aćai bowls I have, nothing beats this one I had in #Madrid. It was thick, creamy, full of fruit and a lot of granola. I would happily go back for this!
