A little animation I worked on this weekend… When I was a kid, I wasn’t allowed to have plants. My dad always said it was because we had cats, but I always figured he was just being a jerk.

My grandparents, though..... they let me keep plants in their big living room windowsill. I once planted tomato seeds in a Bustelo coffee can. Only one sprout grew, and it got two tomatoes before ants invaded and my grandparents made me throw it away.

This NOCC (pack heavy) industrial loft feels like a real home. I went with an NYC sort of vibe. It's warm, creative, and full of personality.

It’s got cozy brick walls, soft lighting, and just the right mix of clutter and charm. There’s a comfy living room with vintage touches, a fully stocked kitchen made for late night snacks, and two inviting bedrooms that feel lived in and loved.

The teal tiled bathroom and realistic laundry room add a touch of everyday life, while the string lit balcony is perfect for quiet evenings. There's also a shared office space which has room to lift / exercise.

This apartment was designed for a pair of siblings. One male and one female. I imagine they took over the family’s rent control apartment when their parents passed away.

This build is PLAY TESTED and the TLC apartment events will work correctly without having to move furniture.

Tucked behind ivy-covered walls and under a canopy of bright green leaves, my little cottage feels like a secret haven in the middle of the wilds. The porch is cluttered with potted herbs, autumn flowers, and a sleepy dog who guards the doorway like it’s his kingdom. Inside, everything smells faintly of woodsmoke and dried lavender... shelves stacked with clay jars, woven baskets, and books I probably meant to read. There’s always a fire going in the hearth, a half-finished brew on the table, and banana peels everywhere (don’t ask). It’s messy, warm, and home.
