Hunting Waterfalls and Exploring the PNW

I've been bad about posting but I do have a crazy amount of waterfalls and stuff to share with you guys. I've still been adventuring, though some of it was in Hawaii instead of the NW 😘

Abiqua falls is a beauty and a reward to find after pretty much repelling down the muddy ledges.

The top falls here is Multnomah Falls, definitely the most well known in the gorge. The bottom 3 are Wahkeena Falls. I've made it to most of the main waterfalls in the gorge now. But I want to go back to Wahkeena because apparently there is an abandoned trail that takes you to the top off the falls. I'll find it.

Wahclella Falls in the Columbia river gorge in Oregon. Munra falls is the little waterfall behind the bridge. You walk past this fun waterfall pretty much right into the hike.

These were more photos from silver falls state park. Climbing into the stump was definitely a highlight of the trip and we got some great photos :D

For my birthday my boyfriend took me to Silver Falls State park and we found all 10 waterfalls. It was a great hike, only around 9 miles and there were so many falls that you felt like you were barely hiking before stumbling into another waterfall.

So for this hike I was able to cross off North falls, Upper North falls, Lower North falls, Middle North falls, South falls, Lower South falls, Double falls, Twin falls, Drake falls and Winter falls.

My list

I have a list. It's pretty much a list of waterfalls and lakes and mountains that I want to hike to or around or whatever. Last year is when I started the list and I got a few awesome places crossed off. One of my favorite parts about going on these hooks is trying to catch beautiful photos of the state I've grown up in. For that reason I am starting this blog to have a place to collect my photos.
