went into the music store in town to look at some vinyls and ended up buying if you wait by london grammar for a nostalgic me :'-( anyway, there's a girl who works there and we follow each other on ig and she asked about my trip in portugal and how she's from there etc i ended up telling her we should meet up at some point and talk about it more and she had a little fangirl moment and screamed YOU'RE SO COOL and we giggled and i left hahahah she was adorable

No certo non fraintendermi, ho sempre apprezzato la tua persona, sempre genuina ed elegante per natura. Anni fa condividesti anche qualcosa di mio ed ero felicissimo, ci scrivemmo in modo innocente e carino. Mi riferivo solo a quell’estetica particolare che forse ti caratterizzava particolarmente in un Tumblr pieno di volgarità e lerciume. Eri un pò quel fiorellino in un prato affaticato in agosto. In ogni caso avrai sempre un lettore in me :)

And it was also partially shot in occupied territory in the Western Sahara, so this colonialist garbage should just disappear...

I had no idea about this! I watched Sirat earlier this year and I believe they did the same, they somewhat hinted at what's happening in Western Sahara but not really making it clear because it wasn't the "main story". But I guess in The Odyssey they used it only for visuals. Can't say I'm surprised.
