Song Of War, by Mike Mckendry. LIVE at The Majestic House 94
This particular song, "Song Of War", was recorded live in concert at the Majestic House, on Friday 9th September 1994. The song was on Mike Mckendry's 3rd album, "Heavenly Armour LIVE", but also features on Mike's 5th album, Original NZ Folk, Gospel & Blues(14 track compilation). The song was inspired, by the stirring message in Ephesians 6, of the New Testament, which encourages us to identify where the real battle is, not between each other, but with the faustian forces of the underworld, against demonic beings, deceptive regimes & powers in high places, ie bad Governmental practices. I'm going to do a song off my 4th album, actually it's the 5th album sorry, and it's a 14 song compilation of original New Zealand Folk and Gospel. And we're going to do a song that I wrote, a couple of years ago, and we're gonna do it on a 12 string Guitar, it's called Face to Face. And this is open G tuning, and it's in the key of F".For much more content, and information pertaining to music applications, in our blogs, then just head straight over to https://mikemckendry.com/
