TV Meme: [1/3] Male Characters - Kol Mikaelson (The Vampire Diaries)

He stared at her, confused for a moment. The girl infront of him looked exaclty like Katerina, but then again she had been the second girl already he’d known with that face. And suddenly it all fell together and he realized this must be a new one. Another doppelganger. Or Katerina was putting on the show of a lifetime. Either way he raked through his brain for a reply, but came up short.
"Is there something wrong with darling?" He started, deciding it would be best to use his charm and gave her the lazy smile he knew worked wonders on everyone. If this girl was Katerina, she would run the first chance she got anyway. "I was wondering where I could get something to good eat in this town, I’m new here you see."
"Okay, Caroline, you can come out now, very funny!"
Elena called out, looking around, trying to spot the familiar blonde, or recognize a giggle. This had to be a prank. An amazingly hot guy, with an accent, asking her to show him a restaurant, right after her parents died? This was obviously Caroline trademark, the exact, goofy, kind of flirty, thing she would do to cheer Elena up.
But as silence met her ears, her features marred with a frown. So.....this wasn't a joke? This was an actual guy, in need of guidance, and she was just hollering like she was insane or something.
"Er, no, I just. Sorry. I'm Elena, Elena Gilbert, and yeah, there's a place about a block from here that everyone goes to, if you want, I could show you?" She had the feeling that if Bonnie and Caroline saw her ruin this opportunity, they would most definitely burn her at the stake.
I brace myself.
‘Cause I know it’s going to hurt.
But I like to think at least things can’t get any worse.

Mystic Falls, home of the living and undead. It felt good to be back, Kol thought absentmindedly. No matter how much times passed, being in Mystic Falls gave him some sort of belonging. It had changed a lot since his days as a human, but somethings had stayed the same, like the underground tunnels leading to the outskirts of town. The sun was just setting as Kol left the woods and stepped into the busy street of the town, square, when a face caught his attention. He stopped dead in his tracks as his eyes fixed on her. His first instinct was to speed over to her, push her against a wall and snarl at her. But he was good at surpressing his instincts for a little while. And this time it was just long enough to decide that he would calmly approach Katerina Petrova and see how she would react. And that was exactly what he did.
“Hello, darling.”
Elena sighed and ran a hand through her long brown locks, her chocolate orbs thinning beneath her furrowed brow. She'd lost the earrings Aunt Jenna let her borrow on the condition that Elena put them to good use, and if she didn't find them, she'd never hear the end of it. 'Why should I let you borrow my scarf, you'll lose it just like you lost those earrings' Aunt Jenna's nagging tone wormed its way into her dazed mind, only to be swept away by a velvet drawl. Her heart skipped a beat and her head shot up in surprise, she'd never heard an accent like that in Mystic Falls, like, ever.
"Hello Darling."
Her mouth opened, and then closed, before finally, finally, Elena managed to push out some form of human communication. But it wasn't much.
"Darling?" it was a squeak, it was so high pitched. A goofy smile overtook her face, was this a joke? A strange, sexy stripper, 'sorry your parent's died,' gift scenario involving Caroline ran through her head.
"Oh, great.”
”Elena. Just the person I didn’t want to see.”
"Um, I'm sorry, do I know you?"
Once again he listened to the human speak he couldn’t believe there was another doppelganger and she was alive, in the back of his mind all he wanted was to drain her off her doppelganger blood so he can break the curse. “Pleasure to meet you Elena Gilbert, quite a popular name in the town’s history I’ve read up on the founding families.” Niklaus replied stepping towards the human he then looked over his shoulder “That would be great so please lead the way.”
There was something about the way he looked at her, not so much the charm oozing off of him, but his eyes. It made her feel nervous, but the man was obviously just a nice guy who happened to be a little lost. Elena mentally batted a hand at the offensive thought, there was nothing wrong with Klaus. "Ah, yes. This town and its founding families....." she trailed off, not really knowing where to go with that sentence, and instead she finished it off with beginning the trek towards the Grill. "So Klaus, what's brought you down to our little town?"

Unbuttoning his shirt jacket he grinned being the humble host was part of her nature, setting his hands behind his back as she attempted to connect him with the Mayor and it would be through his son. “Oh no, he is on his way we are suppose to meet at the local bar. I’m sorry for being rude but I didn’t catch your name i’m Klaus”
Klaus, huh? The name was obviously foreign. "Well, Klaus, you didn't catch my name because I didn't say it. I'm Elena, Elena Gilbert, and its no biggie. Local bar? That'd be The Mystic Grill. I could take you there, if you wanted?" she decided she enjoyed saying it. Klaus. It rolled off her tongue smoothly.

It was his return back to his hometown, the vampire grinned as he noted the doppelganger speak to him. “I’m actually looking for the mayor, I need some explanation about my land.” Niklaus answered naturally lying all he wanted was to see if there truly in fact was human he needed blood to break his curse.
Elena's nervous grin turned into a beaming social smile she inherited from her mother, turning into her usual hostess mood, "well, I know his son, if you want, I could text him or something, and get his dad's phone number for you?" she paused, furrowing her brow, would Tyler give her his number? Probably....Elena hoped.

THIS IS SUCH AN ACCURATE REPRESENTATION OF CATS IF CATS COULD TALK THIS IS WHAT THEY WOULD SAY
'Think about it. It's so obvious. Go back far enough, there's one person who brought us to this, who ruined our lives.'
