(thinking about this blog and all of the people i used to know on here...i miss you all!... this is the only blog i have access to other than xemnas’ which i forgot the email and password to. tbh i watched an entire kh3 playthrough and it really rekindled my love for ansem (considering what they did with his character)....so i came back here to think about reviving this rp muse)

Headcanon: Ansem can 100% communicate with every other Heartless, although to everyone else he knows, it’s incomprehensible. Half of this could be visual cues, like body language, and the other half being a telepathy of sorts. Either way, he is very efficient with it, and has no trouble conversing with his own kind. The Heartless, even the Shadows, understand human language, and can decipher Ansem’s words even when he isn’t speaking to them.

The vampire was a little bored. It had been weeks since he had done anything of notability, and honestly, he could remember recent nights where he felt he wasn’t getting any younger.

Of course, this despair could be swept away. For, from the mists of the night, and the passing of some acquaintances, he had heard the stories of a sweet little girl, one who was ripe for the picking. She didn’t live that far off, and from what he was told, she was single.

And there she was now. He watched her carefully from a distance in the darkness of the night, his lips curling to a quiet sneer.

It was time for a hunt.

“Paperwork?” She hadn’t seen paper in a long time. “I certainly haven’t. Have you Enkidu?” Maybe it had picked something up while she was gone. She would’ve remembered if she had seen the man come in and leave something. After all, this was their home too.

“I did find a box, but I didn’t look in it.” Enkidu removed one of the tiles and lifted a small box out from under the floor. “Perhaps this is it.”

With the sudden likeness of a demon, Ansem’s face contorted and he dove for the box, snatching it right out of Enkidu’s hands. That was the one. He clutched it, staring at the other two with bright eyes, suspicious and accusing. Then he relaxed, and straightened himself.

“Ah, thank you...”

“I was born here but my father is welsh. He taught me how to speak it.” she lied. Well, not really. For the most part her father was welsh, but the language was Enochian, the language of the angels and demons. Human language wouldn’t be understood by Asmodeus. Possessed familiars weren’t exactly fluent in human language save for their master’s native tongue.

“And what about you? Where are you from? It’s not often we see dark skin and silver hair, ya know.” Raven asked curiously. He kind of reminded her of this new boyfriend her mother kept talking about.

How was he to explain where he was from? You can’t just tell any being you simply burst from the womb of the Void and emerged from the murky pits of Darkness, just because. The Heartless frowned, avoiding the girl’s gaze.

She seemed more out of the ordinary than most. Perhaps she would understand. But he was wary.

“It’s dyed.” Ansem smiled cheekily, running his hand through his hair. A lie, but a necessary one. “Nothing special.”
