“after hours.” is a short film documenting the high school i went to. particularly, i wanted to capture these spaces that were very crowded within school hours, vibrant with students and noise, yet when the final bell rings; these spaces that were once alive: they are deserted - frames that are seemingly home to some sort of dystopian film. in essence, i wanted to capture those periods of rest and quiet, those moments of peace and calmness - almost as if these spaces were coming home to a warm bed. and when all is done and dusted, the day resets anew for these spaces to come alive once more. enjoy.
