how do you do your thumbnails? they are all so unique when doing the same idea, and i was wondering how i can practice my own thumbnails to be more unique since mine are usually stagnant

Yo! i am a sucker for thumbnails. you kinda gotta fall in love with that fast iteration.

I actually struggle with making them unique when exploring the same idea, especially if im aiming to make a ton. The best thing to do is A) some weird opposite of the og idea bullshit, or B) Take a break! Come back with fresh eyes and new ideas (maybe look at some other art too)

But yeah. Dont turn off your brain when thumbnailing. It's easy to go head empty because thumbnailing is messy, but beware! Thats how you end up with thumbs that look the same yk. Think about ideas you dont like, and thumbnail them. Literally thumbnail every possible option for conveying the story you want to tell.

ALSO DO NOT GET ATTACHED TO ONE IDEA! THIS IS THE WORST PHASE OF THE PIECE TO DO THAT IN 😭🙏
