I am ceren. I am an engineer and working. I rented a house in kadikoy uzun hafiz street(yeldegirmeni area). I am looking for a flatmate for one of my empty room. I have a fully furnished available room. You can come and see it. You can move in with your luggage. This will be your only need. Location:10 min. walking distance to metrobus(sogutlucesme stop), buses and ferries(karakoy, eminönü, kabatas, besiktas, adalar) You will have your own bed, table, wardrobe and we will have a new fridge, washing machine, oven and internet available. It is better for me if you are an erasmus student or a foreign who works in istanbul because i want to speak english at home and i can teach turkish to you if you want I smoke(in balcony) and i dont have any pets. evimize 3. ev arkadaşı arıyoruz, üniversite 4. sınıftayız ikimiz de, kolay anlaşılabilir insanlarız, gelecek kişi tamamen kendini rahat hissedebileceği bir ortama gelecek. evin osmanbey metroya yürüyüş mesafesinde ama 20 sürüyor yürümek, hemen evin yakınında otobüsler var osmanbey metroya giden , yürümek istemediğimizde onu kullanıyoruz, 5 dk içinde osmanbey metroda oluyoruz. sigara kullanıyoruz ama evin belirli bölgelerinde içiliyoruz, asla rahatsızlık verecek bir durum yaratmayız. zaten yaşanılan bir eve geldiğiniz için elektrik internet su gibi ayrıntılarla uğraşmanız gerekmeyecek, hepsi kullanılır durumda. ev hayvanımız yok. odanızda fotoğraftaki gibi(ilk 4 fotograf odanıza diğerleri ortak alanlara ait) kocaman bir dolap baza-yatak sizi bekliyor olucak bunun dışında ihtiyacınız olursa istediğiniz gibi odanızı dekore edersiniz. ortak alanları gayet aktif ve temiz kullanıyoruz, yani oda kiralamaktan çok ev arkadaşlığı olacağını umut ediyoruz. ayrıntılar için maillerinizi bekliyoruz :)

Kurtulus is also so old and lively residential and cosmopolitan area. You can easily find anything around Kurtulus.
