29: Angels and Demons!AU
M snickered quietly to himself and he landed in a twisted tree, he held a thigh in his hand. “Y-yum.”
Old habits die pretty hard, watching the lake bed in the forest, a slightly faded figure stood at the edge. Though it was only dusk, Russell found himself staring at the forest, at another creature who was resting on a tree. Still unused to flight, the old sea pirate took wing across the lake, towards the mysterious and unknown thing
M looked up from his meal to see the other flying towards him. “H-h-hm?”
Upon landing on a rotting stump besides the crooked tree where the other perched, folding wings neatly behind him. Arms crossed.
“Aye lad. This is my territory- None of ye’ demons allowed”
M grinned showing off sharp teeth as he bit into the thigh, blood dripping from his mouth. “O-Oi, you ask as though I care about your territory.” He paused to take another bite. “I-I’m just trying to eat some lunch.”
Russell cringed ever so slightly at the sight of blood. Too much of that he had seen. Still he stood ground, prehaps an old spark of defiance from a past life made him more brave than he once was.
“I didnt ask, ‘Twas telling ye’. I dont want that stuff around here. Was that from a human?" Not that he could really tell. All he saw was a bloodied hunk of meat.
M’s grin grew as he licked the blood off his lips and moving the thigh rapidly, causing blood to flick towards the other. “H-h-hehe, wanna taste? I caught this one outside of the town, wanna taste?” He asked, snickering.
A scowl formed on the pirates face, and a physically seen cringe was given in response.
"Aye- no. I dont eat human- thank ye’ very much." He replied in a defensive tone.
"O-oh boo, that’s no fun!" He muttered back biting into the thigh again, pausing to pick a piece of meat out of his teeth.
"No fun? Why would that ever, be any fun? Werent ye’ once human? Technically it would be cannibalism, if ye’ think about it."
It seemed reasonable. Fixing his torn jacket, he took wing again to be leveled with M.
"Ye’ dont care for that, do ye’.. Typical demon."
M looked at him with one eye, the other one currently coated with drying blood.
"P-Prude, you know if you weren’t such a goody goody you’d probably be doing the same thing!" He argued back.
"I aint no 'goody goody'- Ill have ye' know, i have infact done such things similar to it. Though, er. Not quite as disgusting as that."
Came the retort, Russell was obviously not in the mood for shenanigans.

{✘}➟Ahoy there Captain! The Mime saluted the pirate. What was the old sea dog up to?Fixing their ship perhaps?
Seeing the silent friend saluting up at him, he gave a salute back from the crows nest. He took a minute to climb down from the high post
"Ahoy Mime!"

8. Flower Shop AU
The evening breeze drifted through the quiet endstore, browsing the colourful collections of scarlets, honeysuckles, Asters, and blue lilies that danced with it. A pretty view in the lowering sun.
Movement shifted the view, as the man seemed to be collecting different colours, arranging them in a similar manner to those in vases around him. A tune was being whistled, one simple and clear. A hand reached out to pluck a hyacinth from a bunch, carefully and expertly placing it as a finishing touch to the bouquet of flowers in a vase. The noise of a jingling bell rang through the open windowed shop, causing the man to look up
Wary green eyes stared nervously at the quaint little shop’s sign, reading and rereading the name printed boldly on smooth wood. Beta Bouquets. This was the place he was seeking. He’d heard they were famous for arrangements that practically overflowed with color and were reminiscent of the fish the shop was named after.
No, he didn’t have a significant other or anything of the sort, but it occurred to him that nobody really speaks to Cro Marmot, much less drop off a gift. As much of a stranger the Neanderthal was to him, he knew even the smallest act of kindness could make someone’s day, and that was the driving motivation behind all of this. 'Get a centerpiece for Cro Marmot's table so he knows he's loved and skedaddle.'
Taking a deep breath, he pushed open the clear glass door and entered the building. The loud ring of a bell from above seemed to have startled Flippy at first, for he winced and gazed around the room, hoping he hadn’t done something wrong already. It didn’t seem as though that man at the counter thought anything of it from the way he was look— Oh shit he’s looking this way. He sees you being an awkward potato.
Never seeing this customer before, he kept a good eye on him, though there was no doubt that the man couldnt handle himself. Even if he looked a tad.. Nervous? Probably just his own imagination. The finished bouquet of flowers was slid across the counter, coming to a rest beside several others of similar interests.
"Yar, Welcome to the shop! Feel free to look around, 'Twas just about to close up shop, didnt think there would be anyone more comin"
He simply put it, whether or not he was going to close, he wasnt about to turn down someone.
"What do ye' be looking for today?"
I saw this floating around so I made it transparent
you’re welcome
oh look I fixed it

"You are one in from the plank, don't make me push you."
"Hehehe. Why would you do that?"
The captain sighed, shaking his head
"Honestly- Ye don’t even know what I me an, do ye"
The jittery boy shook his head before removing a candy cane from his mouth to speak again.
"Hehehe. Nope, nuh-uh, not really. Doesn’t make sense to me. Hehehe."
With a rather annoyed look, he pointed to the plank of the ship, where they both were very close to.
"Look where ye' are, nutty. I can push you very easily, get off of it before I do"

14. Actors AU-Was this show nice? Not at all. The twisted, gory show seemed to be a smash hit with many fans though, so it stayed airing. Happy Tree Friends, the name sounded innocent but it was truly anything but.
Having just shot the last bit of his scene, Russell, who played the role of a adventurous pirate captain, was basically drenched in fake blood, as he half blindedly took off the eyepatch that was upturned. He shot a glance at his co worker, whom was equally as red.
"Heh, these poor characters, right?"
— — “Eck.” Andy grimaced at the crimson color that stained their clothes. They certainly did a good job making it real. He had the role of a construction worker, a job in which he had some experience at, having worked with tools earlier in life before he went into acting.
"Yeah, hard not to pity these guys. Always having some horrific thing happen that brutally kills them or something. Who the hell would love to live in a universe like this."
Wiping away at the thick red on his face, he took hold of the hook that was a rather annoying prop to his character, and placed it on the stage table. In reality, he had no interest of the sea, but the character interested him some. The reply to the not really asked question was a shrug.
"Apparently all these poor guys do. It would suck to actually be them, probably. The ways they come up with these deaths- Jeez. Honestly, Im pretty surprised theyve been allowed to keep this show up"
