He raptured his patellar tendon FRIDAY NIGHT, he was hospitalized within 2 HOURS of getting to the hospital, he had SURGERY on said knee on SUNDAY. But all anyone was asking Cora was about how he was going to fill in first base. I get it, I do, we need someone. But Triston is going through it right now, he was out 90 days last year now he’s out for 6 MONTHS.

You can see the feelings on Cora’s face, can hear them when he talked about it on Friday night. Triston worked SO HARD in the preseason, sure he got off to a slow start but he was JUST getting hot and then this happens.

Triston Casas loves this game. We don’t see how hard he works, but his coach? His teammates? They do. Can you imagine watching someone who has worked to get where he is his whole life only for his fucking body to give out on him randomly? He didn’t trip on the base, he didn’t land weird. THE TENDON RUPTURED AS HE WAS RUNNING. As soon as his left foot hit the ground beyond the base he went down. That could’ve happened randomly at any point in the day, getting out of bed, standing up, sitting down, you name it.

He is only 25!

So, I’ve only read “Romancing Mr. Brigerton,” and “To Sir Philip, with Love.” Because I honestly didn’t have interest in Brigerton UNTIL they announced Penelope’s season in which I got excited because I’m a big girl. So I got her book, DEVOURED it in one sitting. Then the other day I was like, ya know what, I’ll give Eloise’s book a shot. Finished that in one sitting. I have a feeling that Philip MIGHT make an appearance, or at least Eloise writing her letters to him, in the last four episodes of season 3. Or at least the last two episodes. It looks like she’s gonna cause some drama this season and might need someone to vent too? Or just someone to write too to get her mind off of the drama. If that makes sense. I also very much loved Eloise’s book because I think that her moving out to the country might humble her a bit, but she also brings Philip out of his shell which isn’t only good for him, but his children too.

I love Ben as Oliver. I love Haley as Hadley. The actor and actress that play Val and Tessa? Love them to pieces. I absolutely love the concept of a Living Memorial. Hadley and her dad’s dance? Perfect. The whole movie? I’ve seen it too many times to keep count, that’s how much I love it.

I’ve been thinking about writing something for Cappie and Casey. Either like a short fanfic, a one shot, or like almost a whole book😂 BUT, I can’t get it out of my head that Cappie would be a great High School Teacher or a College Professor. If you think about it, the amount of classes he had taken, there’s NO WAY he isn’t a few classes short of a teaching degree.

My dad and I have been watching The Great British Baking Show on Netflix. Which only has series 5 through 10. When we started series 7 and Dan was the first to go, I yelled out 😩 this show is so good!

I will always tell people to read the books when it comes to Harry Potter.

Ron is so much more than a comedic relief, without Ron and his knowledge of the Wizarding World both Harry and Hermione would be fucked. Ron is one of the smartest characters, and I know Rupert would’ve killed the role even more if Ron was written exactly as he was written in the books.

Ginny. Movie Ginny doesn’t compare to book Ginny. Bonnie Wright did the best she could with what she was given. JK always said she wanted Harry to be with a strong witch, for those who didn’t read the books Ginny is one of the strongest witches of their age. She’s also funny and compassionate, doesn’t take ANYONES shit. She had the biggest crush on Harry, but during the World Cup she and Hermione talk. Hermione told her to start dating other guys and to be herself around Harry and that time would tell. And BAM, look at that, Book Harry fell hard in the 6th book.

KREACHER. Yes. Sirius’ house elf. He becomes Harry’s in the 7th book. And man does the movie miss out on Kreachers character development. It’s a small one, but it warms my heart.

Also. Harry does some of the dumbest shit. Like he has you face palming 😂
