my week
I was meant to do this yesterday but I forgot and I also forget everything about this week other than I did bad so err. 😭✌️
tldr no actual week update but bad
I'm not really someone who makes sure to get a certain amount of steps or c4l burnt but I do like walks and it was sunny today so I was hoping to get to at least 8k on my walk today.
At first I didn't since the weather became bad and I went inside but then I went out on another walk when it was nice again and I got to 13k.
The last 3k was literally only because I went to my friend's house and all I was doing was chatting to her whilst standing but since I can't stand still I ended getting the extra lol. That made up an extra 100c4l.
The total c4ls burnt from walking(and standing with lots of forwards/backwards stepping, I suppose) was 420 so yay(but this was my phone telling me so not that accurate). I ate more than that but I ate ~<800 so it's not like I was trying to make up for something. I don't really think of it that way anyway.
Finally went to the gym today omg
I'm back from being at familie's but I ended up eating 778 when out when I could've just had 441😭 didn't even like the extra thing I had I just like chewing..
going to family members' house today!! hopefully I'm not fed like ajamillion things. I could be getting new clothes though so yay!!
I just found out that my crumpets are 97c instead of 65 like I thought 😭😭 I was really out here having two thinking it was 130 when it was 194
I broke my tennis bracelet and then lost it the day I was meant to take it to get fixed😭
That bracelet getting looser on me was literally one of my only ways of finding out about my progress that was more reliable since I don't have a sc4le sob
