Chanyeol had a bad tendency to stick to areas he already knew. This left him 'in the dark' about newcomers, at times. That, or he lost himself as he wandered, paying little mind to those in seats or whoever didn't 'pop' to him. Bad habit, yeah? He'd been told a time or two that he was a bit of a nuisance, so who could blame him.
Today, the young man was curious enough to note a face he didn't recognize. Not to say he knew all or even many faces on this never-ending ride, but this one stuck out for whatever reason. Boldly, the larger man stepped up to where the stranger was seated, lowering down enough to knock his knuckles lightly against the armrest nearest the aisle, "Hey," he cocked his head, trying to get a better look at his chosen 'victim' of the hour, "Can I sit with you?"
