WIP Samuel Apartment and Fountain

Hello Simmers

I am redesigning the dead-end street in the Willowcreek neighbourhood. Now I'm almost finishing the second apartment building that also can connect to my previous Immanuel's apartment with a little bridge.

Also in this build, I made an additional fountain, which needs to be moved using TOOL mod to fill the gap between lots.

With this project, you'll have four lots on a map where there are only two lots available.
