My mind is a horrible, horrible thing. Imagine Laurent being sent to Akielos as Damen's slave as soon as he's too old for the Regent. And Laurent just assumes that Damen will somehow manage to be worse than the Regent because ~barbarian~ (he's not).

Also still with the reversal UA! It would be totally the kind of the Regent to give Laurent like sex slave to Damianos, the killer of Auguste. He would find that hilarious. And he would hope that Laurent kills Damianos, for being killed at his turn for that reason by Kastor, for the success of his plans. But at my opinion, Kastor has certainly said "Bad Idea, my brother is a lot too nice!!"

Actually the reversal UA is very interessant. Slave!Laurent would be probably more secure with Damen than with his uncle. And Damen is a cinnamon roll, he would love Laurent because he's totally his type and he would be so amused by his wild side, like "he's so cute!!" and "No Adrastus, I will take care of him by myself!! A slave training would ruin his adorable personality!" And Damen would try to tame Laurent and he's so nice, so respectful, so soft with him.

GAHHH I DIDNT EXPECT THIS AU TO BE KIND OF CUTE.... laurent would be even more powerless as a slave and i think damen would also feel the need to protect him even though hes supposed to be his slave (/_\) and on the way to the border (marlas in this case) laurent would probably be his tactician too sobs.. i can really imagine him treating laurent really gentle even when laurent throws sarcasms at him and roasts him 24/7 lol
