well, by the time this is posted i will probably be up and away, dying for the evening seeing as how i have been dreadfully sick all weekend

but hi! hello all! my name is caro, and it has been ages since i’ve roleplayed in the hp verse. like seriously, ages. years and years ago that would make me embarrassed to admit how long i have been in the roleplaying world

so, what character should i decide to take up on my first steps back rping harry, than one of the most complex, lethal characters in the entire universe! this is bellatrix, and since our good pal voldemort has died, kinda forget everything you’ve already had preconceived about her??

i’ve always envisioned her much differently than most, she’s always been portrayed as this sadistic, (for lack of a better word) evil witch?? and i’m like...gotta get that way somehow, so here’s a small rundown on how i plan to portray the bae!

she’s an intense person; loves too hard, hates too hard, the like, there is no such thing as a happy medium inside bella, and balance is nonexistent

being the eldest of the black sisters she’s always been the one to carry out the example, show her sisters how to act, set the guidelines for living (and survivng) in their family, and all of the pressure placed on her shoulders to properly carry on the beliefs of the house of black is what starts to crack her

pureblood. maniac. only because that’s all she’s ever seen, that’s what’s been drilled into her head and she doesn’t know anything different

since tom isn’t in this universe, i see bella as someone clinging to find her purpose?? and anything that she can latch onto, she will, no matter what that is

i call her the facade because she is very much hiding inside of a shell, a front she puts on. she comes off as this tough, high-and-mighty exterior when in reality, she’s cowered up inside of herself because she’s not as strong emotionally like she is physically

it doesn’t take much for her to make up her mind, but it hardly ever sticks; there are few things she remains certain about, and the rest are constantly up in the air

she’s smart as a whip, don’t get her wrong, but she uses her intelligence to enforce brutality, sort of casting a shadow that she’s as smart as any bookworm around (she claims it’s all in her blood and just genetics but she’s got to study just as much as anyone else)

loyalty is a big thing for her, wears it on her forehead and all that jazz. she doesn’t care who you are, if you don’t believe in any sense of loyalty, she can’t hold any respect for you (respecting and liking someone are two different worlds to her)

she’s not a very complex-minded person when it comes down to it all; she has one ultimate goal that everything reroutes to and that is power. she wants to be powerful, wants to be on top and remembered for greatness, to honor her family name and please her parents, to carry a legacy no matter how she has to achieve that means

and that’s her in a nutshell! i want to plot with all of you lovely darlings so please don’t hesitate to like this post or go ahead and hmu, i promise i will love you twenty five times more than bella probs will! i cannot wait to start roleplaying with all of you lovelies!
