( She sniffled a bit and rubbed the tears away. )

"S-So not all Koopas are bad?"

"Of course not," replied the elder before he brought out a box of tissues, soon offering a single tissue to the other. "Here take this,"

"Well… no, I’m not. Though, I actually have my own reasons, as opposed to just going along with the King’s wishes." Iggy stared reflectively at his claws for a few moments before continuing rather eerily,

"Oh, the things i’d do to them if we’d play by my rules!”

Lucian had a strange feeling that the child has a bit of..unusual issues..against the Mario Brothers but he had to be respectful neitherless..

"Ah, I see," he replied before he asked,"Erm, excuse me for asking but what exactly are your interests? Are you into anything by any chance?"

"Poshley Heights? Isn’t that the little town for rich folks? Er… big town, maybe. I think Ludwig might have gone there for music lessons, once."  Iggy racked his brain for what little information he knew of the place being mentioned. He hated to admit it but, he didn’t do all that much traveling outside of Bowser’s orders.

"Yes, Poshley Heights is where the rich and famous of the Mushroom Kingdom come. I have been living there since I moved from Sarasaland in  my youth," he explained. "I was only in my early 20’s when the Shadow Queen was released into the world. At that time, I was finishing up school and helping around the minors of the community. To be frank, I often throw myself into work, however I enjoy the feeling of accomplishment,"

" The Shadow Queen? I heard about that! Although, it didn’t actually spread out to where I was at the time."

"—- But, you said the famous go to Poshley Heights? Have you ever met any celebrities?" the young Koopaling seemed to have disregarded anything else that had been said.

"Yes, I have seen several celebrities come around especially when the famous Mario and his friends, who saved us from the Shadow Queen's wrath, had rode on it before," he replied. "Since that was the case, they more than doubled in arriving at Poshley,"

"Though..you aren't exactly favorable with the Mario Brothers, are you?" he asked. "I had heard that the Koopa Kingdom and the Mushroom Kingdom have been at a disagreement for quite a while,"

"Oh, hello. Never seen you before, Clackety. You a new koopa around here, my friend?"

"Well, I'm a Koopa but partial Koopeleon, mostly because my tail hints the other side of the family. However, my tongue is just as normal as a Koopa's and not as long..though I did pick up invisibility instead," he explained.

"Oh and my name is Lucian Koopsley and I'm a resident of Poshley Heights and you are?"

"Aren’t you one of the royal Koopa children?" asked Lucian as he looked over to the young Koopaling being rather surprised.

Iggy looked at the other koopa wearily, he couldn’t quite say he recognized this fellow. He decided to go along with it, for now,

"Hmn, yes. Iggy Koopa, pleased to make your… acquaintance."

"Ah, I do beg your pardon Iggy. My name is Lucian Koopsley of Poshley Heights and a pleasure to meet you as well," he replied as he looked to the Koopaling for a bit. "..one from the Darklands? Hmm, I believe my grandparents have mentioned about being from there in letters but my parents have been oddly quiet about it,"

He looked to the spiked wristbands on his wrists he has on.

"Aren't you one of the royal Koopa children?" asked Lucian as he looked over to the young Koopaling being rather surprised.

Hey, what Koopa Kid doing here, Oogtar thinks you no up to good.

Me Oogtar.  Me from Dinosaur World.  Oogtar never heard of Poshley Heights.

"It's around east of Rogueport. It's where the rich and famous people of the Mushroom Kingdom go," he explained before he looked around.

He continued,"Hmm..it's no wonder why it's different here. Quite jungly and a bit humid around here and to be fair, this is my first time in this place. Surely, you must know of a nearby town or village that's safe, Oogtar?"

"Hello and welcome to Poshley Heights. My name is Lucian Koopsley and  how may I help you today good sir?" asked Lucian as he smiled happily at the stranger being polite as usual.

"Howdy friend!! How would you like a Friendly Floyd guaranteed item? I’ve got what everyone needs!!" Floyd coffered a handshake to the stranger to establish a friendly atmosphere.

The Koopa reached over to the salesman's hand and shook it as he said,"It sounds quite wonderful. Now, if I may ask, what do you have in store? I'm quite curious,"

"Yes, I do have several letters to send over. I have grandparents over in the Easton region of Sarasaland and surely, they would be happy to hear from me and my parents,"  he replied as he handed the letters over to Parakarry.

He continued,”Oh and it’s a pleasure to meet you Parakarry. My name is Lucian Koopsley, a resident from Poshley Heights,”

"Sarasaland? I’ll be, your family sure is spread out." The postman smiled brightly. He landed gently next to a drawer behind the counter and slid it open, sifting through its contents.

"Mail shipped out of the kingdom, of course, calls for an international stamp—which costs a might more than a regular stamp. But I reckon a high class gentleman like you from the Poshley Region’ll find no issue with that, am I right?" He gave said gentleman a thumb’s up with a cheerful grin. Parakarry was being his usual sunny self.

"Yes indeed, that is correct and I'll pay upfront. Now if I may ask, how much will it cost for an international stamp?" he questioned.

The man approaching appeared to be of the same race as the Koopa King, his family, and the Troop’s highest commanding officers. But he appeared non-hostile. Seemed quite cultured, in fact. Nonetheless, he resolved to greet him like any other potential postal client.

"Howdydoo! Name’s Parakarry; I deliver letters. Got something to send, or are you here to pick up your mail?"

"Good morning mister!" Lemmy gave a huge grin as he waved. "I’m good! And how are you?" he thought for a second. "And also, WHO are you? You look like a Koopa, but I’ve never seen you before…"

"I’m quite fine thank you and you may call me Lucian," he replied. "I’m from Poshley Heights in the Mushroom Kingdom so you can say that I live among the rich and famous individuals,"

"Koopa Kid? Oh dear, you must be mistaken. I am in no ways tied to the Royal Family," he replied a bit surprised. "Not only am I’m from the Mushroom Kingdom, but I’m not a full-blooded Koopa as the Koopa Kids are,"

"Ah my manners. I forgot to introduce myself. My name is Lucian and I am from Poshley Heights," he replied before he asked,"Now who are you?"
